This Uptown two-bedroom apartment is one block off the St. Charles streetcar line and two blocks from a popular strip of Prytania Street. It’s renting for $1950/month. The home is flooded with light and built-ins and has hardwood flooring throughout. Laundry’s in the unit and cats and dogs are okay, but parking isn’t included.

Wooden floors, granite countertops, transom windows, and bathroom tile work are a few luxe touches you’ll find in this elevated, single-family Broadmoor home. The 1,486-square-foot property has an open floor plan in the living area, where exposed beams are all that remain of what we assume were once dividing walls. Large windows admit leafy views of the fenced side yard—a haven for pets (dogs and cats are allowed) and handy people (there’s also a shed). This two-bedroom, two-bathroom property rents for $1,995/month.

What was probably once a double shotgun is now a single-family home with a side extension in Holy Cross. The three-bedroom home is just one block from the canal and two blocks from the river, and is on the market for $2,000/month. There’s a large laundry room, pets are okay, and there’s parking on the side of the property.

$1,950/month will you get you a cozy and fully furnished one-bedroom in the French Quarter on Dauphine and Toulouse streets. Designed with luxury in mind, the rentable condo has stainless steel appliances and marble countertops in the kitchen, a crystal chandelier above the dining table, and a two person shower in the master bathroom. Pets are welcome, but there’s no mention of laundry or parking.

This rustic, two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath duplex has a prime location right between Bayou St. John and Esplanade Avenue, steps from petite Fortier Park. The listing says pets are a “maybe,” so inquire if you have one. Highlights include hardwood floors, a balcony, clawfoot tub, shared courtyard, and washer and dryer. Rent is $1,995/month. No mention of parking.
