There’s a large laundry room, pets are okay, and there’s parking on the side of the property.
$1,950/month will you get you a cozy and fully furnished one-bedroom in the French Quarter on Dauphine and Toulouse streets. Designed with luxury in mind, the rentable condo has stainless steel appliances and marble countertops in the kitchen, a crystal chandelier above the dining table, and a two person shower in the master bathroom. Pets are welcome, but there’s no mention of laundry or parking.

The listing says pets are a “maybe,” so inquire if you have one. Highlights include hardwood floors, a balcony, clawfoot tub, shared courtyard, and washer and dryer. Rent is $1,995/month. No mention of parking.
