It’s “super pet-friendly,” according to the listing, and it comes with gated parking. The $1,400/month asking price includes wi-fi, water, gas, and trash.

This three-bedroom, two-bedroom unit in Central City is half of a double, but the listing agent promises that the “tenant on the other side of this duplex is out of town a fair amount” and that “street parking is always available.” Original hardwood floors cover its 1,350 square feet, and you’ll also find 14-foot ceilings, new stainless-steel appliances, porch security cameras, and a washer-dryer among the house’s perks. Cats are OK, but there’s no mention of dogs. Rent is $1,400/month, and the house is available Oct. 1.

This newly renovated French Quarter one-bedroom unit includes a balcony, washer-dryer, built-in bar, and designated parking spot. However, smokers and pet owners aren’t allowed. Its bedroom, bathroom, and “bonus room” are spread over two floors, making its 850 square feet feel more spacious. The asking price is $1,400/month.

Tenants of this one-bedroom apartment in the Maritime, a luxury CBD high-rise, enjoy easy access to all the building’s amenities: a gym and sauna, rooftop pool, co-working space, and ground-floor coffee shop among them. Bamboo room partitions, hardwood floors, and granite countertops are a few upscale materials you’ll find in the unit. Rent is $1,425, and that price tag includes wi-fi, water, and garbage/sewer. Dogs and cats are allowed.

This renovated Bayou St. John shotgun home is long on charm—and storage space. One bedroom and two bathrooms sit on the upper level, and there’s an entire garage at your disposal on the lower level. Highlights include high ceilings, tiled kitchen backsplash, exposed brick fireplaces, wood floors, and arched doorways. No word on pets, though there is a small, verdant backyard. Rent for the 1,050-square-foot unit is $1,450/month.
