Get this home’s autograph now, because it’s about to make a big splash when it’s featured on an upcoming episode of HGTV’s House Hunters. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom abode in Central City appears to be a circa-1900s double shotgun that has been converted into a single. It retains its original brick fireplaces, transoms, and 12-foot ceilings. The asking price is $212,000.

This 583-square-foot condo on Julia Street in the Warehouse District is a warm, organic mix of natural (exposed cypress beams) and industrial elements (brick walls and ductwork). It has extremely high ceilings that accommodate large windows and natural light, as well as a lofted space for the bedroom and bath. There’s also a very chic rooftop pool and desk. The asking price is $219,000.

From its wood paneling and wall-to-wall carpet to its orange Formica countertops and wood-burning fireplace, this beautifully preserved River Ridge three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom abode projects an idyllic image of suburbia. It even sits on a cul-de-sac, on a neatly landscaped oversized lot. The asking price for the 1,540-square-foot home is $219,900.

At 340 square feet, this French Quarter studio definitely qualifies as a tiny house. But its clever features use the space efficiently and attractively. Those white cabinets in the living area house a Murphy bed, while high ceilings, French doors, and exposed beams make the space feel airy. Access to a brick courtyard shaded by banana plants doesn’t hurt, either. The price tag is $219,000.

Here’s a Holy Cross shotgun that sits two and a half blocks from the Mississippi River. An extensive renovation added a side hall (no trekking through someone’s bedroom to get to the toilet), along with stylish touches such as pedestal sinks, subway tile backsplashes, and a glass enclosure shower. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom shotgun covers 1,170 square feet and asks $219,000.
