Built in the 1960s, this midcentury modern home in Uptown received an update via Stow Interiors—and furnishings are included in the sticker price. The designer’s “California aesthetic” complements the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home’s open floor plan.

The square, low-slung brick home places an open living, dining, and kitchen area in two of its quadrants and two transom-lit bedrooms in the other. In true midcentury modern style, a wall of glass doors unifies the indoor and outdoor living areas, providing views of the brick-walled patio.

Original features (4x4-inch pastel bathroom tile, restored gilt terrazzo floors) mingle with unexpected modern touches (wallpapered ceilings, Caesar stone kitchen countertops) for a one-of-a-kind home.

It’s asking $650,000.
