Least expensive homes in New Orleans’s Central Business and Warehouse districts

Ranked from least to most expensive

For the last few months, NeighborhoodX, a research and analytics firm, evaluated prices of homes in several neighborhoods in New Orleans. In its search for least expensive homes in the Central Business and Warehouse districts, the firm found eight homes ranging from $225,000 to $257,000.

Last month, NeighborhoodX provided research for Curbed NOLA’s map of 17 New Orleans neighborhoods, ranked by house prices. The CBD ranked as the second most-expensive neighborhood with an average price per square foot of $467.

According to Constantine Valhouli, cofounder of NeighborhoodX, the house prices in these two neighborhoods range from $302 to $499 per square foot.
