Some are even move-in ready

View as Map

It’s no secret that New Orleans has some expensive homes. But what about those who are looking for something inexpensive?

Well, if you’re willing to sacrifice looks for financial practicality, our friends at NeighborhoodX have your back. This week, the analytics and research firm found the least expensive residential properties for sale in New Orleans. They range from $25,000 to $65,000.

"The purchase price for these properties is barely the downpayment in the French Quarter or Garden District," said Constantine Valhouli, Director of Research for NeighborhoodX.

The firm did not include foreclosures, short sales, or anything uninhabitable on this list.
