7 New Orleans Apartment Buildings With Sweet Amenities

The Paramount
This much anticipated development's amenities include a "yoga, barre and Pilates" studio, a "resort style" outdoor space with poolside food and drink service, and priority access to bicycle- and car-sharing programs.
Rice Mill Lofts
Not only do you get two rooftop decks with dining areas, but there's also a "55-foot lap pool and Italian citrus grove." The walls are decorated with "inspired street art" (ironic graffiti).
930 Poydras
The building boasts a "6,000 square foot modern sky-lobby," which we think just means a lobby on a high-up floor with lots of windows. A cool modern seating area extends from the rooftop's saltwater pool. You also have some hot restaurants, bars and music venues on Poydras Street downstairs.
The Cotton Mill
The Cotton Mill has the best outdoor space out of all the apartment buildings, a half-acre landscaped interior courtyard with sculpture, shaded seating areas, a pool, and a party-ready set-up with three gas grills.
American Can
Amenities include an "Olympic-style" swimming pool and a landscaped courtyard, and you're very close to Bayou St. John and right above a strip that includes a gym, wine bar and store, and coffee shop.
Union Lofts
You can get Wi-Fi on this CBD building's rooftop terrace, so you can check your Instagram while soaking in the hot tub.
Blue Plate Artist Lofts
Besides a chic rooftop area, this artist-minded Mid-City loft includes rehearsal space and eco-friendly features like solar panels.
