New Orleans may not have fall foliage, and it may not have cool weather, but at least we have pumpkins. Yes, most of the pumpkins at these patches are imported from New Mexico, but that doesn’t make them any less carve-able, or the hay rides any less Instagrammable.

Here are seven pumpkin patches around the New Orleans (spanning from Kenner to the West Bank).

This giant park kicks off its pumpkin patch on October 1. Hosted near the Wheels Fun Rentals, the patch offers hayrides, photo opportunities, a bounce house, and pumpkins for sales.

City Park will also host Ghost in the Oaks October 17-20, which will feature Halloween-centered and pumpkin activities for children.

Fall Festival takes place Saturday October 26 from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with craft vendors, food trucks and a costume contest, and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on October 31, the church holds a Halloween party.
