If you want to downsize your living situation but think building a tiny house and moving to the woods is a bit extreme, New Orleans has plenty of tiny pied-a-terres where you can try out micro-living right here in the city. Many are in the French Quarter and surrounding areas, most likely appealing to those looking to buy small vacation pads, but anyone could make these micro-condos home. Using data from NeighborhoodX and real estate listings, we put together a map of the city's smallest condos for sale, all less than 550 square feet.
