Least expensive listed homes located in Treme

Earlier this month, Curbed New Orleans updated its map of 17 New Orleans neighborhoods, ranked from least to most expensive. In that list, Treme ranked in the middle at No. 8.

This week, research and analytics firm NeighborhoodX looked at the 10 least expensive homes in Treme. Home prices, which exclude short-sales and foreclosures, ranged from $124,000 to $285,000.

With an average price per square foot of $216, homes prices in Treme easily rival Mid-City, Lakeview, and Faubourg Livaudais.
