The Paramount at South Market
The $48.4M residence with ground-floor retail will take up an entire city block in the future South Market District.

1100 Tulane Apartments
The former Oil & Gas Building will be 130 mixed-income apartments, a project of the Renaissance Neighborhood Development Corp.

100 Elk
This vacant, 17-floor building is undergoing a $20M renovation and will be luxury apartments with 8,000 sq.ft. of ground floor retail.

1501 Canal Senior Apartments
Senior housing isn't the hippest thing to hit downtown, but the 1950s Texaco building is being transformed into 112 apartments.

1031 Canal Street
240 residences, 15 penthouses, gyms, rooftop decks, pools, a movie theater, and 65K sq.ft.of retail.

225 Baronne
The vacant high-rise will be 192 apartments, and an Aloft hotel.

Kailas Towers
The office building will combine with some residential pads, 261 to be exact, plus a pool and fitness center.
