Check Out Ten Places To Stay in Uptown New Orleans

View as Map

The majority of New Orleans hotels are clustered in the French Quarter or Central Business District, so what happens when one is on the hunt for Uptown accommodations? That's where this handy map comes in. After scouring the mean streets of Uptown, here are ten properties that range from a historic Thomas Sully-built St. Charles Avenue residence now operating as a bed and breakfast, to a Lower Garden District inn with a stunning courtyard and clothing optional saltwater pool, to yes, even a couple of chain hotels. If we missed your favorite spot, don't hesitate to tell us via email or in the comments section below. Just because Hotels Week 2014 is coming to a close doesn't mean we're packing up the hotel coverage 'til next year. Any hotel development scoop, hotel switcheroo news, and general tidbits of information are always appreciated.
